Arthur Toscanini

Mr. Toscanini is responsible for all finance, treasury, and legal activities of GEN3 Partners. He brings more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international administration and finance. Prior to GEN3, he was with Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) where he served as executive vice president of finance, treasurer, and chief financial officer. He was responsible for all finance, treasury, legal, and investor relations activities. He played a major role in CTP's initial and secondary public stock offerings, as well as seven acquisitions. He also served as vice president and controller of Concurrent Computer Corp., and helped the firm with its initial public stock offering. He was responsible for worldwide accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and information systems activities. He helped complete Concurrent's merger with Massachusetts Computing Corp. (MassComp). Prior to Concurrent, Mr. Toscanini worked at Perkin-Elmer Data Systems Group, where he held several managemen
