Arturo Elizondo is CEO of Clara Foods, a sustainable ingredients company making the world’s most comprehensive egg white substitute. Clara leverages advances in fermentation technology to bring an egg white to the table that is completely animal-free, far more sustainable, and free of salmonella without compromising the qualities we know and love. Prior to joining Clara Foods, Arturo worked at the investment bank Credit Suisse, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and under Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
