Ashleigh Walker, Co-Founder of Walker Subsea Engineering, is a visionary leader and passionate about the role of employee wellbeing in innovation. With a background in Business Management and Psychology, Ashleigh has been instrumental in guiding the company from its roots in consultancy, to becoming a leader in advanced underwater technology. Prior to working in underwater technology, Ashleigh held high profile roles in the public sector, in the fields of education and mental health. These roles helped shape her vision for a positive and collaborative working environment, which fosters innovation. Completing her Northumbria University MBA in 2024, she was able to apply the principles of employee well-being into practise, earning the "Pro-Vice Chancellor Award’ for students who have achieved exceptional results across the academic year.
