Ashton Crosby

Ashton Crosby has 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail, joining us from Tesco where he worked in business development. In 2012 he helped negotiate and execute the JV between Tesco and Taylor St Baristas to create Harris+Hoole, which grew to c.50 coffee shops over 2.5 years, during which time Ashton held positions as Commercial Director, COO, CFO, and was a member of the operating board. Previously he was an investment banker at Nomura in EMEA Consumer/Retail M&A. Prior to that, Ashton lived in New York City and Hong Kong, working in LatAm and Asia emerging market currency trading for Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Partners. During this time he also helped found two Consumer/Retail businesses: Cabana Cachaca and Soldiers Brand. Ashton is currently a board member and equity shareholder in City Pantry, and also sits on the board of The Blogger Programme. He holds a Bachelor’s from Trinity College (USA) and an MBA from HEC Paris, as well as a Master’s ‘Certificat de Spécialisation’ in luxury
