Attilio Mazzilli is Corporate Partner of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, a global law firm where he also serves as Co-Head of Italian offices, Head of the Italian Tech Group and Member of the International Technology Companies Group. He specializes in private equity and venture capital, with specific skills in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.Attilio Mazzilli graduated in Law from the University of Milan (dissertation on “The insurance contracts in private international law”). In 2003 he was admitted to the Italian Bar Association. In those years, he started working as Associate for “Pavia e Ansaldo” law firm in Milan. In 2006 he moved to Los Angeles, California and obtained a Master of Laws in Business&Corporate Law from the University of Southern California.
