BANC is a tokenized very early stage startup investment club that allows investors to access a diversified portfolio of the most promising startups. Its shares are listed on secondary markets and provide liquidity BANC is a startup investment club. The club is capitalized through the issuance of participations/tokens among its investors. The majority of the capital raised from the sale of these participations will be used to invest in technology startups in early stages of development that BANC selects according to its criteria. The remaining portion will be used to fund a team that advises and supports these startups to achieve their goals and increase their valuations. The purchase of such token grants investors access to the club. Each participation/token is called a BANC and its value is backed by the equity of the invested startups. The owners of a BANC also obtain the benefits derived from the dividends generated by the invested startups or from the "exits" they make. I
