Barama is innovation support project launched in 2009 by Azercell, the leading mobile operator in Azerbaijan and incorporates a business incubation center as well as diverse activities for the development of ICT entrepreneurs in the country. An american-portuguese politician MITPORTUGAL João Pedro Ferreira, founder of Institute of Systems and Computers Engineering of Coimbra (INESCC-IPLeiria) - Polytechnic Delegation of Leiria and head of Center for Applied Research in Management and Economics (CARME) introduce knowledge management for domineering the Global Economic Innovation Research.
