Barry Napier acquired Cubic Telecom at the end of 2008. After more than 18 years in the telecommunications world, this is now Barry’s third merger and acquisition. Barry has been responsible for setting the corporate strategy of Cubic Telecom, relocating the HQ and selecting key industry leaders and innovators by expanding the team 10 fold, having the ability to clearly communicate the vision of the company in order to inspire staff, investors and customers. Leading the investment, Barry and his team have secured over $12 million with Qualcomm Inc, Enterprise Ireland, TPS investments and ACT Ventures. Barry has directed Cubic Telecom to become a licensed GSM carrier and GSMA member with agreements with AT&T, China Unicom, Digicel, Everything Everywhere, iPass, Sprint, PCCW and Vodafone.
