Founded in 1884, Karl Gemünden GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company in its fifth generation. The team of around 350 employees carries out shell constructions as well as turnkey construction projects of all types and sizes. Our equipment enables us to handle even large construction sites without any problems. A special focus is on environmentally friendly and energy-efficient building technology (green building). Bauunternehmung Gemünden is embedded in a strong group of companies dealing with all aspects of real estate. This includes in particular the regional project developer J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH, the planning company GTR Gebäudetechnik Rheinstraße GmbH, EVI Energieversorgungsgesellschaft Ingelheim mbH, the property management company I.H.R GmbH and the janitor service FMR GmbH.
