I joined Merit in 2005, working as Technical Director, before moving to become the company’s Managing Director. Day to day my role involves overseeing the management of our talented workforce, liaising with our customer base and providing technical input on our product development.What I enjoy about working at Merit is how varied my role is. I get great satisfaction in seeing how our Payroll and Invoicing solutions improve business operations for our customers- we are a market-leading company and always aim to deliver what the customer needs. The development of our staff is also key to me and I am proud to see skills and knowledge broaden across each of our teams.Outside of work I enjoy watching a variety of sports and am a keen golfer, I also enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family.
