Over 15 years of experience in investment banking and accounting. Ben has coverage of small cap and emerging companies, with a focus on the technology sector and has advised on a broad spectrum of transactions involving equity capital markets, M&A, corporate and debt restructurings. Recent capital markets transactions include leading the team on the IPOs of Oneview Healthcare PLC, Updater Inc., 360 Capital Property Group and private capital investments in ROKT and Avoka Technologies. More recent M&A transactions including advising 360 Capital on the takeover of Australian Industrial REIT and the joint venture between Toga Group and Far East Orchard Limited. Prior to joining Moelis Australia, Ben worked at JPMorgan and PwC.
