Benjamin Pommeraud is the founder of Storms, the first gaming subsidiary of Singtel, SK Telecom and AIS, the largest Asian Telco groups. He was previously Senior Advisor to the CEO of Singtel International, in charge of gaming and digital entertainment. His main focus is to develop Singtel’s gaming strategy across the entire Singtel footprint. Benjamin was previously General Manager of Riot Games in Singapore, in charge of developing the League of Legends player base in the region, in partnership with Garena. He has worked or created some of the largest esports events in the region, including Hyperplay, the first esports + music festival that was held in 2018 in the Singapore Indoor Stadium, and PVP, the first esports tournament held by Singtel in 2018, which gathered 13m viewers online.
