Ben brings 18 years of banking experience to Movement Capital, having built and run businesses across Emerging Markets for both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Renaissance Capital. He joined Movement as Head of Business Development and Strategy to lead the expansion across new markets, motivated by the desire to help great emerging markets entrepreneurs get funded. Ben is responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and more recently stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer, after being inspired by an episode of Silicon Valley. Ben was born in Montreal, lived in NY City for 12 years and has made London his home for the last 10 years. He graduated with a BA from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from Columbia Business School in NY. When he’s not driving revenues, you can usually find him boxing (way too many black eyes), skiing, competing in boot camps around London parks and queuing up to eat at new restaurants in Soho or Shoreditch with the other wannabe hip
