Benoit Charpentier

Benoit Charpentier has served as a director since April 2010. Mr. Charpentier is employed by energy company Total S.A. and serves as a Senior Vice President, Investments at Total Energy Ventures, S.A., a venture capital affiliate of Total S.A., a position he has held since December 2009. From early 2005 to December 2008, Mr. Charpentier worked in the M&A Department of Finance Division with Total S.A., where he was in charge of a number of acquisitions of exploration and production companies. Previously, he held various positions with Total S.A., including positions relating to development of gas and power projects in South America and Europe. Mr. Charpentier earned an M.B.A. from the French business school Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC).
