Benoit Leroux

Benoit Leroux was promoted to Vice President, Finance in October 2011. He initially joined Enerkem as Director, Finance, bringing over 14 years of experience in the field. Between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Leroux swiftly advanced from Consultant to Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance Inc., the investment banking arm of KPMG. He came back to KPMG in 2010, where he advised privately-owned companies seeking services in acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and valuations. Between 2007 and 2010, Mr. Leroux was Director, Corporate Development at Gildan Activewear Inc., an international apparel manufacturer and marketer, with responsibilities ranging from business development to enterprise risk management and investor relations. Mr. Leroux began his career as an auditor at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. He later worked as a financial analyst at MGP Media Asset Management Inc. and 360networks Inc.
