Bernie's significant experience as investor and director in retail-related and supply chain software companies has focused in the development and integration of merchandise planning and revenue optimization. He has been actively involved with Spotlight Solutions, Marc Global, and Marketmax, where he served as Managing Director and assisted its merger into SAS Institute. Bernie's 30 years in the retail industry includes Chairman of the National Retail Federation, where he received the Gold Medal Award as National Retailer of the Year.
