Bernie is CEO and Founder of HiringBoss (Vincere), the #1 Gartner ranked CRM for ambitious recruitment firms. Prior to Vincere, Bernie spent 16 years as a recruitment business owner. In 2000, he co-founded James Harvard International out of London. The following year, Bernie relocated to Tokyo to establish the Asia-Pac business. He grew James Harvard Asia Pac from 3 - 115 staff in just under 6 years. In 2007, Bernie sold the James Harvard International business to Hays PLC. Combined headcount of the APAC and European businesses stood at 300+, with a turnover of $27M. Bernie successfully completed his earn-out in December 2009 as Managing Director of Hays Japan. Post earn-out, Bernie switched gears and ploughed his experiences into creating the ultimate agency CRM, Vincere...the system he wished he had when he was building his own recruitment firm. Why?
