During my career I learned that every venture, whether a multinational product company or a local service provider, can get stuck. Steering things back in the right direction often needs an impartial view to ignite fresh ideas or activate new processes. It also takes equal parts wisdom and insight. Believing in something, forming a clear opinion—that can only happen when you understand exactly what you’re doing or making. To understand the product or service completely, I prefer the hands-on approach. Together with product-makers, visionaries and/or entrepreneurs, I dive deep into an idea to learn about the issues, challenges and opportunities.
