Before founding The Fast Way, I spent years as a hands-on engineer and technical leader. I've been the CTO who had to explain to the board why we were six months behind schedule. I've been the developer staying up until 3 AM fixing production issues. I started The Fast Way because I kept seeing talented founders fail not because their ideas were bad, but because they couldn't find development partners who understand business. Partners who knew when to cut corners and when to invest in quality. Partners who thought like founders, not just engineers.
