William L. Young is a founder and Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners, based in MCP's Boston office, and has primary responsibility for MCP's Canadian investment efforts. Previously, he was a Founding Partner of Westbourne Management Group in Toronto, Canada, providing management services to companies requiring significant restructurings. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Bain and Company in London, England.
