Billy is a seasoned entrepreneur and long-time angel investor. His passion for new venture creation stems from growing up in an entrepreneurial family and surrounding himself with innovators and smart business thinkers. Billy's venture investing is anchored by his life-long passion for constructing buildings. As President and CEO of B.L. Harbert International, Billy oversees the five operating divisions of the company — Government, International, Commercial, Healthcare, and Civil.
