BIT doesn’t only look for innovative ideas in its selections. It also evaluates the business plans and teams that can turn innovative ideas into successful businesses. After an initial selection at the regional level — the contest received 1038 applications in 2012 — the best projects are presented at a finale round of judging held in Moscow.
