Blue Sky Angels and eHealth Technology Incubator (a Section 9, Non-Profit company) owe their existence to a series of programs of Govt. of India. The National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science and Technology (DST) has funded the incubator. In addition the Seed support Fund has been funded by the Technology Development Board, Govt. of India.The incubator was also the outreach centre for DSIR's TePP Program and partnership for the new PRISM program is awaited. Both the Angel fund and the Incubator have forged partnership with Multiple State Governments with Govt. of Karnataka being the first State.
