Bobby Soni

About

Bobby joined Novo A/S in January 2009 as Principal in Novo Seeds. Bobby obtained his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester in 1992 and his PhD degree in Biology from the University of Virginia in 1998. His PhD research was primarily conducted at Imperial College of Science, London and was published in leading scientific journals. Prior to joining Novo Seeds, Bobby was Discovery Licensing Manager at LEO Pharma where he was responsible for preclinical stage licensing and out-sourcing. During his tenure, Bobby was instrumental in designing and implementing LEO Pharma's drug discovery out-sourcing strategy. Before then, Bobby was a Project Leader and Principal Scientist at Maxygen ApS. Bobby serves on the Board of Directors of the biotech companies Acesion Pharma (Chairman), Concit Pharma and C10 Pharma.
