Brad has 21 years’ experience in strong leadership within the software industry, including experience in the rigorous healthcare and financial service industries. He has led teams that produced high quality software in a predictable manner for both internal and external customers and has direct experience with web, rich client, mobile and SaaS applications. Agile methods and practices have been a big part of Brad’s career since 1999. He has lead agile transformations in each of his previous positions. Most recently, he led a major process improvement initiative at FIS. Prior to his career in technology, Brad spent six years in the construction industry in sales and project management roles. He has a B.B.A. in finance and real estate. Brad serves as a member of the senior management team with leadership responsibilities for the software engineering and technical services teams.
