Henske has served as a director since January 2005. Henske is a Senior Advisor at Hellman & Friedman LLC, where he served as a Managing Director from July 2007 to 2014. From May 2005 until July 2007, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Tax Group of Intuit Inc. He was Intuit's CFO from January 2003 to September 2005. Henske was previously a member of the boards of directors of Applied Systems, Inc.
