Brad Hively is the Chief Executive Officer of The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. Brad joined The Oncology Institute as a member of its Board of Directors in 2018 and assumed the role of CEO in 2019. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership and healthcare experience to The Oncology Institute. Before joining The Oncology Institute, Brad was President of Health Essentials. Through its IPA (Health Essentials Physician Network), its Medical Group (GeriNet), and its eight hospices, Health Essentials provided high-touch, value-based care for patients with advanced illness. Before Health Essentials, Brad was Senior Vice President of Operations at Heritage Provider Network. Heritage is one of the largest, most progressive physician groups in the country. Through its network of over 35,000 physicians, Heritage manages care for approximately one million patients on an at-risk basis.
