Mr. Wechsler became a director of Apollo Investment Corporation in April 2004. Mr. Wechsler was the Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of IMAX Corporation from May, 1996 through April, 2009 and is currently Chairman. Previously Mr. Wechsler has had several executive positions in the entertainment and finance industries.
