Brent is Managing Director of Pathfinder Funds. Prior to Pathfinder, Brent was the President of a national wealth management firm where he led the launch of the firm’s broker dealer and proprietary ’40 act fund. Prior to that, Brent was the CFO and COO for Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in San Diego, one of Southern California’s leading privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firms. Brent has previously worked as Vice President, Finance and Operations at The MHA Group and Vice President, Accounting and Finance/Treasurer at NYSE-traded AMN Healthcare, where he was involved with the placement of more than $1 billion in debt and equity securities and led the company’s mergers and acquisitions practice. Brent started his career at Deloitte & Touche. Brent, a Certified Public Accountant graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business Economics. Brent is also the Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.
