Brent Wadman has broad expertise in a number of corporaet legal subjects including: corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions, corporate risk and crisis management, and contract negotiation. He has a passion for ethical corporate governance and emerging technologies (particularly blockchain). Previously he was the General Counsel of Stillwater Mining Company, a large publicly-traded, international mining company.
