Brett Holland has over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, marketing, operations, and new product development for growth oriented companies. Mr. Holland brings to Old Willow Partners the experience and entrepreneurial zeal to create and launch successful new products and business initiatives. Mr. Holland is currently leading marketing and product development efforts for Rainbo Sports LLC. Prior to his current position, Mr. Holland was the President of Akoya, the leading provider of on-demand, cost intelligence software for Fortune 500 manufacturers. As President of Akoya, Mr. Holland was responsible for leading the company through a significant revenue growth period and into profitability. Mr. Holland was a co-founder of Akoya and also led the original planning, product development and marketing efforts for the company. Prior to Akoya, Mr. Holland was in charge of developing new products for one of the pioneer business-to-business Internet marketplaces, PaperExchange. M
