Brett L. Prager joined DFW in 2006 as a Partner from Theo Capital Partners. Brett founded Theo Capital in 1999, where he led the firm in a variety of service and technology company investments, as well as consulting and merchant banking activities. Prior to forming Theo, Brett was the founder and Chief Executive Officer for three separate private equity-backed business and healthcare service companies. Brett began his 15 year investment career with JP Morgan Partners’ private equity group. Brett received a BAS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Moore School of Engineering and a BA from the Wharton School. Brett also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
