Brian McGregor joined Baird Capital’s U.S. Private Equity team as an Associate in 2017 and focuses on investment opportunities in the Healthcare sector. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Brian was an investment banking analyst at Cain Brothers & Co. in New York, focusing on M&A and debt offerings for healthcare clients. His responsibilities included detailed financial analysis and valuation, deal execution, preparation of marketing documents, due diligence and industry and company research. Brian graduated with a B.S. in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
