Brian Shin is co-founder and CEO of Searchable.ai, a new kind of work search engine. Previously, Brian was a co-founder or early team member of 8 startup companies, 7 of which exited. He was recently a managing director on the Providence Strategic Growth team of Providence Equity. Mr. Shin has 20 years of experience building high growth technology companies and 12 years as an angel investor or early shareholder in over 40 technology startup companies, including HubSpot, Drift, Vesper, Misfit, Kayak, Sirtris Pharma, Frequency Therapeutics and Atrium. Prior to joining Providence, Mr. Shin was a partner with In-Q-Tel, a strategic investment firm supporting the missions of the United States Intelligence Community. Before In-Q-Tel, Mr. Shin was founder and CEO of Visible Measures, a venture-backed video analytics company that was acquired in 2017, and founder and chairman of Mustbin, a venture-backed mobile security company that was also acquired in 2017.
