He is a co-founder and the chief executive officer of [OneSource Virtual](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/onesource-virtual), a team of certified workday professionals specialized in the sale, deployment, and delivery of the workday platform. Williams began his career in the sales and marketing department of Odyssey OneSource. At Odyssey, he earned an executive position before joining the company’s ownership team.
