Brodie is a Managing Director in the Melbourne office with 15 years’ experience. He has particular expertise advising clients in the consumer, agribusiness and general industrial sectors. He has advised on a broad range of transactions, public and private, with particular focus on cross-border transactions. Brodie led the response to the $600m takeover battle for Warrnambool Cheese & Butter. Other notable transaction include advising Burra Foods on the sale to China Mengniu Dairy Fuyuan Farming Co. He has a number of clients which he is assisting to execute their strategic growth plans. Brodie previously worked at RBS and ABN AMRO and prior to that in investment banking in London
