Brook joined Plymouth Growth Partners as a Partner in 2017 where he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investing activities. Prior to Plymouth, Brook spent more than 10 years as a core member of BAML Capital Access Funds Management in Chicago, a specialty asset management firm focused on lower middle market private equity. Brook was heavily involved in all of the group’s activities, including sourcing and reviewing investment opportunities, designing and implementing investment structures, and interacting with current and prospective clients. In 2016, the firm was acquired by HarbourVest Partners, a Boston-based global private markets investments manager with more than $40 billion under management. Previously, Brook was an Analyst with JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he performed valuation and transactional investment banking services for closely-held companies.
