Bruce Karatz is an investor and philanthropist. Most of his projects including helping the local communities in California, and providing for a better standard of life for those around him. Bruce Karatz has been an architect in the past, crafting some of the world's most unique structures during his time at KB Home. He also came up with the unique innovations that have made the company the giant home building corporation they have become now. But these days Bruce Karatz mostly spends his time on his philanthropic causes. Including his work with the Home Boy Foundation, and his work trying to restore the homes lost during the great mortgage crisis.
