Burak Bayhan is an investment professional with 20+ years of experience. He served as the Senior Managing Director at Is Private Equity during 2008-2020, responsible for identifying equity deals in privately owned companies, executing minority and majority stake investments, supervising the value creation process in portfolio companies via active board memberships and monetizing those investments by ensuring a successful exit. Prior to Is Private Equity, he led Tesco Kipa’s inorganic growth strategy as Head of Business Development during 2006-2008 and served as a Corporate Finance Manager in Ernst&Young (former Arthur Andersen) during 2000-2006.
