Campbell B. Henry, Director of Spire Real Estate Brokers, Inc., is responsible for overseeing the leasing of the company’s Dallas and Fort Worth real estate portfolio totaling over 5.5 million square feet. Henry joined Spire Realty Group in February 2014. Henry brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to our team. He has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of lease transactions valued at more than $150,000,000 in total revenue. Henry was recognized as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Top Young Guns by Blacks Guide’s “Top 25 Under 25” in 2006 and “Top 35 Under 35” in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. In 2011 and 2013, Henry received D CEO Magazine’s Power Broker of the Year Award. Henry was most recently Vice President at CNL Commercial Real Estate, where he successfully created and established the Brokerage Services platform for its Dallas office.
