Carl Kjerrumgaard is the founder and managing partner of The Buildable Companies, a portfolio of businesses bringing fresh ideas to owners’ representation, hospitality, and facility management. With more than three decades of experience in project management, hospitality operations, and general contracting, Carl has built a reputation for delivering results and helping businesses grow. As an alumnus of Northwood University, he started his career at Builder’s First Source, learning about the ins and outs of supply chains and operational efficiency.
