Carlos combines experience in strategy development and general management with hands-on technology sales and marketing. Served as a Senior Management Consultant with McKinsey and Co. and participated in strategy projects in multiple countries and industries. Served as a CEO with Mark Information and conducted a comprehensive turn-around and expansion process. Founded and led Zensys, a VC-backed start-up in the wireless sector and the company behind Z-Wave, today a global de-facto standard in the wireless communications space. Carlos practical experience is rooted in Business Development in the ICT sector in the late 80's and early 90's where he built up sales in European markets for Olicom and DDE. Carlos holds a B. Sc. Hons, (Electrical Engineering) from the Engineering Academy of Denmark (DTU) and an MBA from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland)
