He has advised key industry players in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and CIS. Carlos’ expertise includes strategy, business design, mergers and acquisitions, organisational change, product development and operational excellence. Presently, Carlos is focusing on advising global and regional clients on key challenges and opportunities the telecom industry has been facing in emerging and high-growth markets, in particular on driving top line growth, ensuring the adoption of the right business models to optimise the bottom line and return on investment.
