Carlos Vergara is a Financial from the Externado University of Colombia, has a Diploma in Finance and Public Affairs from the same university and in 2008 he obtained an MBA from the INALDE Business School. He has more than 20 years of experience, dedicated to the administration of investment portfolios for more than COP $ 500,000 Million and advisory services in investment banking where he has structured and led transactions aimed at obtaining financing in infrastructure projects and has participated in the award of concessions whose investments exceed COP 9 billion. Mr. Vergara has belonged to different boards of concessionary companies, among which are: CCFC Concessions, National Meta Roads, Urban Concessions, Carrera 15 Parking, Yuma Concessionaire, Airplan, Oriente Airports, Deviandes, Covinca, Calicanto Portal, Tranzit and Generator Luzma.
