Carlos is the Head of Market Intelligence at BICS with a strong focus on Digital Service Providers, Cloud and Communications Service Providers. He is passionate about innovation, marketing strategy and business development, and in addition to his telecom experience, he previously advised different startups and digital media organizations in Latin America and Europe. At BICS, he is using his in-depth knowledge of the telco and the digitalization of vertical industries to understand and anticipate customers’ needs and challenges as the industry is undergoing incremental change. Carlos is a communications engineer with postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from IE Business School (ranked #4 in Europe) and Innovation and Change Management from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico UNAM.
