Carol Melton is CEO and founder of Adeft Capital LLC, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage and growth companies, alongside other U.S. and international business concerns. Carol established Adeft following many years in top management at two global media and entertainment companies. She has deep C-Suite experience with various business, regulatory and technology matters, expertise garnered from navigating through numerous government approval processes, and an extensive network of high-level cross-industry relationships. Prior to launching Adeft, Carol was a named executive officer at Time Warner, heading Global Public Policy as Executive Vice President.
