Carol Ashe

Carol Ashe is the Board of Directors of Aptose Biosciences. She attended the Pennsylvania State University. Carol Ashe joined SR One in January 2009 directly from the GSK legal department where she led the legal support for corporate staff functions in the US and for US -based mergers & acquisitions and equity investments. Prior to that she led the legal team that provided transactional legal support for business development in both GSK's Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare businesses. Carol received her BS in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University, her JD from the Villanova University School of Law and is a registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
