About

I founded Bradfield HR Ltd in 1989 after ten years in the HR profession. I wanted to recognise the need for competent HR in SMEs and start-ups in Cambridge, which is my hometown, and the surrounding area. The growth in business parks and investment that was being made in the biotech and pharma industries certainly indicated the existence of a market for HR consultancy and services at that time. My role has been to grow this business across the South East of England and London, adding Bradfield Learning and Development as a sister company in 1999, which provides CIPD, management qualifications and tailored training across our portfolio of UK based HR clients and across the Gulf States where we have been integral to the development of the HR profession.
