Ms. Pollard is a member of the Gores Small Capitalization Partners Investment Committee and responsible for financial due diligence, deal originating, structuring and negotiation of transactions, and overseeing portfolio company exits. Prior to joining Gores Small Capitalization Group, Ms. Pollard was a Managing Director at Global Equity Capital, LLC where she led due diligence efforts and provided transaction oversight and portfolio company management. Previously, since 1996, she held various finance positions within The Gores Group and its portfolio and was involved in a significant number of transactions, both purchases and sales, with responsibility for financial due diligence, deal structure and negotiation. While with Gores, she was responsible for the financial management and corporate tax matters of portfolio companies and acted as the firm’s chief financial officer.
