Catia Cesari

Catia Cesari has over twenty years of executive experience working in corporate development for firms in a range of industries. Over her career, she has grown investment portfolios and led mergers between US and European firms including GE, GE Energy, Gucci Group, and JAB holding. Catia Cesari was most recently senior vice president for corporate development of COTY Inc, a company with a $10 billion listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Cesari earned a master’s degree in economics and management from the University of Florence in 1991 and became CPA-certified in 1992. She began her career as a senior auditor for KPMG, a global business consultancy, which was then supporting GE in acquiring Nuovo Pignone. Moving to GE and London in 1994, she structured and negotiated complex deals.
